Theoretical structure of this analyze based on Big Five Persona Trait Theory (Cattell's & Eysenck's 1973). Objectives of the study were: i) to discover different personality traits (as defined in five factor theory) of secondary school learners ii) to recognize the relationship among students several personality traits and their overall academics achievement iii) to give suggestions in order to increase the situation and for further study. Descriptive survey design was used for this analyze. All the 12009 students of secondary schools constituted the population of the study, 800 students were selected through multistage randomly sampling approach using proportional allocation technique as a sample of the research. A self developed customer survey was used like a research device. Personally gathered data was entered in SPSS-16. Percentage, Mean, Common Deviation and Pearson Product Moment Relationship were utilized as record tests to own objectives in the study.

Outcomes of the study revealed that simply no significant romantic relationship was discovered between the students personality traits and their academic accomplishment. The specialist recommended different variables like mother and father educational qualifications, native language, medium of instruction and family type for further research in order to understand their effect on students nature and academics achievement.

Individuality is not a common house; in philosophic sense character is systematized and disciplined self. Persona can be identified from two sides. (i) Personality from the inside, this is the hopes, aspiration, dreams and goals. (ii) Personality from the outside, this really is that other folks think you are regarding self-confidence, integrity, sociability, creativity and necklaces. Many Pupils are fluctuate in their personal values and in addition they process data in different techniques, their nature are different and in addition their understanding. Personality traits are essential for people to achieve success in their life. Persona has been recognized as a determining factor about how people learn (Lawrence, 1997; Myer ou al, 1998). Human personality and achievements are the most critical issues of personality and educational psychology. Humans are natural organisms surviving in a particular environment. It has for ages been believed that the psychological affect of environment on the progress personality is important. Individuals run into various psychological problems, creating feelings of anxiety and stress. These emotions may be due to their identity crises, vocational variety, peer pressure, relationships and expected or un-expected duties. They all behave differently in several situations and try to resolve these types of problems by themselves. When they fail to overcome their problems, they will feel frustrated, which even more affects all their overall performance. In our study the focal point should be to provide scientific support to the notion that there are strong interactions of particular personality variables with students' academic achievement. In growing countries like Pakistan where the literacy rate is very low and people come from different socio-economic backgrounds.
